Deborah Burnett ASID, IES, AASM is an internationally recognized award-winning registered interior designer and lighting design professional, Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of Light + Health, and member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

An accomplished keynote presenter, her insights as to how the body and brain are directly impacted by the built environment are well received by audience members worldwide - serving as invited keynote presenter for medical conference attendees at the International Neurological Disorders Summit; a conference focusing on advanced treatments in the fight against Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Professionally, Deborah provides design and architectural team WELLNESS peer review, and circadian lighting specification assistance for projects charged with improved workplace productivity, performance, and alertness outcomes, as well as, specification of circadian passive wellness solutions for various sleep and circadian comorbidities associated with Alzheimer's, Macular Degeneration, and hormonal based cancers. Most recently, her work in specifying ALAN protocols for circadian protection of San Diego Bay marine inhabitants was instrumental in securing approval by the California Coastal Commission (CCC) authorizing next steps project installation.
