Denargo Market is a 13-acre mixed-use infill development north of downtown Denver, within the River North Arts District (RiNo). The project celebrates the former industrial character of the neighborhood while accepting the South Platte River as its front door. The project delivered the infrastructure and public realm in Summer of 2025, with planned development of building parcels to follow later. The public realm is anchored with iconic public elements and flexible plazas, lawns, and promenades.
